Only 3 ingredients! I was stopped in a supermarket by a polite elderly lady who freely imparted this recipe to me. I must have looked like a useless cook (correct assessment) because she said it was the simplest recipe ever. And it is! The secret is having good non-stick muffin trays.
Prep time: 5 minutesIngredients:
Self-raising flour
Grated tasty cheese
Milk to mix
Directions:
Preheat oven to 180. Measure the same amount of self-raising flour and grated tasty cheese into a bowl. I usually pile up the flour on one side, and match it with the same amount of cheese on the other. Mix together with milk until you have a moist mixture. Spoon into muffin trays as big as you like! Bake for 10-15mins.
Variations - add chopped bacon, tomato.
