Easy to make and really tasty. I like to make these to accompany a steak meal, with a salad.
Prep time: 10 minutesIngredients:
6 large potatoes, cleaned, peeled and shredded
1 large diced onion
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons oil
Directions:
1. Beat egg until thick then add potatoes, onion, flour and salt.
2. Heat pan over a medium heat with butter and oil
3. Shape potato mixture into eight cakes and place in pan
4. Cook until bottoms are golden brown and then turn.
