Such a beautifully simple recipe and so deliciously light and crispy. I use 3/4 cup of milk, couple of shakes of paprika and top with chopped up cherry tomatoes. Make these at least once a week, one of hubbie's favourites
Wonderfully quick and easy recipe.. I added a teaspoon of mustard powder and a tad more milk. Also sprinkled a little extra cheese on top which gave a lovely crunchy brown topping. Could hardly wait for them to cool enough before tucking in!
I added a bit more milk- 3/4 cup as well as a double sprinkle of paprika into the flour. Yum!
Really delicious muffins and super duper easy to make. These truely are the perfect lunch box addition, light, fluffy, deliciously tasty and no sugar! We will be making these a regular.
I was looking for new lunch snack recipes to fill up my little boys. Stumbled across this recipe and the muffins were so easy and quick to make and delicious and moist! I ended up using one cup of milk because I used shredded cheese. My boys ate them with jam and the great thing is this made 2 mini muffon batches.
Very nice and very quick and easy to make
best I have found in a long time I added some onion cut up nice and fine to make cheese and onion muffins made them for a party and what a hit and kids love the small size well done :)
I added a pinch of salt as I was using Colby cheese which can be a bit bland. The recipe actually made 18 mini muffins and they taste very yummy!!
