A delicious way to serve venison. This quantity of marinade is for a large amount of Venison. Great for a special occasion. For best flavour, leave this overnight.
Prep time: 20 minutesIngredients:
Venison Steak
1 bottle red wine
500ml soy sauce
1 packet granulated garlic
1/2 packet powdered ginger
500g brown sugar
1/2 small pottle honey
Directions:
Cut the venison up thinly into slices.
Put all the remaining ingredients into a large bucket or bowl and stir until everything is dissolved. Add the venison and ensure the marinade covers the meat completely. Cover and leave overnight for best flavour.
Fry on your BBQ (or frypan) for a few minutes each side until cooked to liking.
