A great use for lamb mince. These kebabs are easy to make and very tasty. An ideal dish for the family. Serve on couscous with salad.
Prep time: 10 minutesIngredients:
450g lean minced lamb
1 onion finely chopped
3 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp coriander
12 wooden skewers
Directions:
Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent them burning.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Divide mixture in to 12 portions. Roll each portion in to a ball and skewer. Roll to form more of a sausage shape.
Grill under a medium heat for 12 minutes, turning over once halfway through.
