Dried Apricot Fudge

This fudge is absolutely delicious. The tangy flavour of the dried apricots is a perfect match to the sweetness of the fudge. Just make it once and you'll be hooked!

Prep time:   2 minutes
Cook time:   5 minutes
Servings:   enough

Ingredients:
100g butter
1/2 tin condensed milk
1/3 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of chopped dried apricots
1 packet finely crushed wine biscuits

Directions:
1. Melt the butter, sugar, and condensed milk in a pot.
2. Remove from heat and add crushed biscuits and chopped apricots. Stir until combined well
3. Push into a tin and allow to set
4. Cut in pieces
