If you are a fan of bananas and caramel you are in for a treat!
Prep time: 20 minutesIngredients:
250g Digestive Biscuits crushed
100g Unsalted Butter melted
1 Tin of Nestle Highlander Caramel
2 Bananas
3/4 Cup of whipping cream
1/4 Cup Chocolate chips
Directions:
Mix butter with biscuits and press into a greased flan dish, (I use a cake tin with removable bottom). Chill to set. Once set, spread caramel over the base, cover with a layer of sliced bananas, top with whipped cream and then chocolate chips! enjoy!
